Check-in details
When booking, let us know if you would like to have a shuttle pickup included. If you choose to have the shuttle, please let us know where you are staying, as we will pick you up from any form of accommodation within 2km of the Whitehorse airport. We will also pick up from any form of accommodation in Carcross, and any accommodation within 2km of the Klondike Highway between Whitehorse and Carcross.What to bring

The on-site activities are wheelchair friendly, but the snowshoeing portion is not. -
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the cancelation occurs with 30+ days notice. If the cancellation is within 29-15 days notice, 50% of the cost will be refunded. If the cancellation is 14 days or less there will be zero refund.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather, unsafe road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
No-shows will be charged the full price.
Refunds or credits will be paid out approximately 72 hours of cancellation.
